Accomplished and delivery-focused Senior Specialist, he has repeatedly delivered complex business-critical projects in highly regulated healthcare environments on time, within budget and in line with client requirements throughout his career. In addition, has built a broad skill set encompassing project planning and delivery, multi-site operations, change and transformation management, project governance, quality assurance and control, risk management and process re-engineering.

Notable Achievements
Spearheading the merge of 6 Primary Care Practices within a Super GP Partnership supporting 60,000 patients. Total responsibility for the TUPE of 230 Staff and realignment of the entire workforce.

Lead the COVID 19 Emergency response Team

Strategic oversight of the entire Infection Control Team during the Pandemic

The successful scaling of a primary care GP group from 2 to 6 sites over a 3 year period, resulting in a significant increase in turnover from £1m to £5m per annum.
Achieving CQC ‘Outstanding’ rating on two occasions .

He is accustomed to managing multicultural and cross-disciplinary teams optimising varied experiences and skills to great benefit. Utilising excellent communication and influencing skills he is able to foster a motivated and cohesive team dynamic committed to business outcomes

In his spare time, family is priority along with his triathlon bike and training regime leading to his first Ironman 70.3 in September 2021 !

I have an established background in a heavy industrial environment, as a safety professional I hold a Master of Science degree (MSc) in occupational health and safety. I am experienced as a tutor with excellent practical and theoretical knowledge with the ability to communicate at all levels. I have worked with various top brand companies including BMW U.K. The Royal Mint and The Celtic Manor Hotel I also deliver training courses for various colleges and training companies to meet business needs with Howard Hughes Business Management Solutions.
