Chris worked with us at Shore Medical for 3 years.  His role developed from that of temporary Practice Manager into Director of HR and Compliance for a 58000 patient superpartnership.  He has had a leadership role in our merger and been instrumental in unifying our CQC registration and the TUPE of over 200 employees.  He has a highly professional work ethic, sound knowledge base and strategic mind.

GP Partner – GP Super Partnership 

Chris came to help us out as a practice manager short- term . Three years later he is sadly leaving having seen us through a great many changes. The two biggest being our merger with four other practices . Chris has been one of our four super partnership Directors and was in charge of HR and CQC. HR has been a huge task with bringing 230 odd staff contracts in line but Chris leaves us with this all work completed and very organised.

Chris was always a pleasure to work with, he is calm and methodical and has a good working relationship with all staff. He will be greatly missed

Quality Assurance Manager (MSB Group)
Chris was clearly an experienced health & safety professional which enabled him to fulfil the role of an adviser at our organisation using his own initiative with minimal direction needed. Chris’s main objective was to significantly increase compliance levels of the Trust’s Environmental Risk Assessments across 3 hospitals for all wards and departments which he successfully completed.
Chris also provided a wide range of advice and guidance in response to safety incidents during his period at the Trust and also delivered health & safety training for both clinical and non-clinical staff – as part of an ongoing training programme and also bespoke sessions which he organised. Chris was reliable, helpful and flexible in his approach to work at all times and required no supervision. He was a pleasure to work with and I would have no hesitation in employing him again if needed.
